This Associate Executive Director or above has been with MONAT for a year or more and is chosen based on a point system that considers personal sponsoring, VIP enrollment and PV, promoted MMMs, and consistency.
Candidates must maintain their paid-as level or higher in 6 out of the 12 months of the qualification period and must be paid as an equal or higher level in the last month of qualification to when they started the qualification period.
Chairman’s Award
This Market Mentor or above, nominated by their fellow MPs, exemplifies the MONAT ideals of gratitude, benevolence, community service, humility, philanthropic efforts, and leadership.
The recipient of this annual award is someone who Market Partners admire and view as a role model and who contributes social and service work in their community.
